About
An Excelso-grade Colombian grown high in the foothills of the Cordillera Central in Tolima — between 1,500 and 2,100 meters — and washed and sun-dried the traditional way. This lot comes from Café del Macizo, a group founded in 2003 by a small circle of farmers in the countryside municipality of Planadas. Its 59 lifetime growers share decades of knowledge and resources with one another to produce high-quality coffee, working the lush landscape shaped by the beautiful mountains of the Cordillera Central.
