Shipping Policy

Coffee and tea are roasted and fulfilled to order through our fulfillment partner.

Processing time

Orders are roasted or prepared to order. Typical processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment.

Shipping rates

• One-time orders: flat $4.50 shipping.
• Subscription orders: free shipping on every order.

Delivery

• Carriers: primarily USPS, with UPS used on some shipments.
• Transit time: we ship from our fulfillment partner once roasting is complete; transit time after that is controlled by the carrier. We make no guarantees on delivery dates.
• Shipping destinations: United States only.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact info@castorandpollux.com within 72 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). See the Return & Refund Policy for resolution.

Address accuracy

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Reshipment to a corrected address is at the customer’s cost.
