These Terms govern use of castorandpollux.com (the “Site”) and purchases from Castor & Pollux Grind (“we,” “us”). By using the Site or ordering, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your login. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Products & pricing
- We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free, and may correct errors or cancel affected orders.
- Prices are in USD and may change without notice.
- Coffee and tea are roasted or prepared to order via a third-party fulfillment partner.
Subscriptions (“Subscribe & Save”)
- Subscriptions bill automatically on the cadence you select at checkout (every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks) to your payment method until cancelled.
- You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancel anytime before the next billing date (see Return & Refund Policy).
- We may change subscription pricing with 14 days’ notice.
Payments
Payments are processed by Luqra. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape, or interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property
The Castor & Pollux Grind name, logo, branding, and Site content are proprietary and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in Harris County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
