Refunds Not Accepted
Coffee and tea are perishable, consumable food products. For food-safety reasons we do not accept returns. Refunds are issued only in the cases below.
Damaged, lost in transit, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, does not arrive, or contains the wrong item, contact info@castorandpollux.com within 72 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and — for damage — a photo of the issue.
Resolution: a refund to the original payment method. No physical return is required.
Subscriptions
Cancel anytime before your next billing date from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals.
Subscription orders that have already been billed are not refundable, except in the damage, lost, or wrong-item cases above.
Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Gift Cards
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
