For me — this coffee is perfect. It feels a little odd to describe a coffee as 'clean' — but that's the feeling I get when I sip it. The apple and chocolate and nuts all balance out in the best way. This is a coffee I can drink any day.

Grown in the misty highlands of Cerro Azul, where cool mountain air, frequent fog, and rich volcanic soil slow the cherries' maturation and build layered sweetness. Washed and sun-dried, it comes from COHORSIL, a cooperative of smallholder farmers who pool training, technical assistance, and shared facilities — and reinvest in education and reforestation for their communities, reinforcing coffee's role as a force for local growth.
