Grown in San Marcos de Tarrazú at 1,300–1,600 meters on volcanic loam soil, fully washed and dried in the sun. It's processed through Coopetarrazú, a cooperative of more than 4,650 small farms across the Tarrazú canton that turns a daily flood of truckloads into a consistently well-balanced regional coffee in just over 72 hours — cherries floated to sort for density, depulped, washed with a recycling water system, then dried to 11% moisture before resting a month and milling for export. Members also share access to low-interest loans, healthcare, and a cooperative-run supply and grocery store.
