This single-origin Peru is decaffeinated with the Swiss Water® Process — 100% chemical-free, using only water to gently lift the caffeine while leaving the cup intact. The coffee comes from El Palto (JUMARP), a cooperative high in the Amazonian Andes that began with just 35 farmers in 2003 and now farms hundreds of hectares of organic, Fair Trade certified coffee — with women represented on its board and throughout its membership.
